This Privacy Policy describes how Harf Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Tilfaz application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

## 1\. Your Media Data

To provide the App's functionality, your IPTV portal credentials (such as server URL and login details) are stored securely in your account so you can access your content across devices. This information is used solely to connect you to your IPTV provider.

## 2\. Information Collected Automatically

The App collects limited technical data automatically to help us improve performance and stability:

-   **Crash and diagnostic data:** Device type, operating system version, app version, and crash logs, collected through Firebase Crashlytics.
-   **Usage analytics:** Usage statistics (such as feature usage frequency), collected through Firebase Analytics.
-   **Subscription data:** Information related to your subscription status, processed through RevenueCat.

## 3\. Account Information

If you create an account or sign in, we collect authentication information such as your name and email address. Account data is stored using Firebase and is used to provide and manage your access to the App's features.

Crash logs and analytics data are retained according to the default retention periods of the respective third-party services. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We take reasonable measures to help protect your data from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 7\. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it. When you contact us through this website, we receive your name, email address, message, and any device details you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your request. Cloudflare processes form submissions, delivers messages to our support inbox, and provides Turnstile spam protection, which may process technical information such as your IP address. Please do not send passwords, playlist credentials, or payment details.
